There is no pills that make you loose weight with enough medical evidence. Wether it is herbal medicine or infusions or anything else, it hasn't shown any efficient long term result on weight loss. Plus, medical literature is full of case reports with severe renal or hepatic disease due to the intake of these unvalidated medications.
The best way to loose weight is to have a balanced diet, to do some regular exercise and to have an active daily life. At 16 year it is easier to loose weight than later on.
