My father is suffering from an enlarged kidney because of prostate. Now he is putting the mill, creatinine has become lower from 6 to 2.7 but the inflation is still the same. Any treatment?

- He must do a nephrostomy first to relieve the pressure from the kidney and do a prostatectomy once the kidney becomes ok.
