- Not sure these 2 are related. The lung finding needs monitoring. The back pain could be not related. At your age it is usually something muscular or from the spine.

- I think you have to let it rest. Maybe you have inflammation in one of the structures of the elbow. You can use some antiinflammatory medications. If not better you need to be seen.
