A golden rule is to do stretching every like 2 hrs if you're studying for a long time, for all your body including neck, back, arms and legs. These should help.

I agree with Dr. Dimassi. I would also like to add that proper ergonomics can help you. Ergonomics basically means the environment you are in while doing work, which is studying in your case. You need to have properly designed equipment around you (chair, desk..) to help decrease your discomfort and maximize your productivity.
