What is the best treatment for keratosis pilaris? I am lost between kerapil, akerat, and retinomycin. Which one to buy? And which one is most effective? And for how long should I be use it?

There is no permanent cure for Keratosis pilaris. It should improve with time by itself, improvement is also noticed in humid environment. You can try the first 2 but the third will probably irritate your skin so it is not recommended for this skin disease. You should use the creams as long as you have a problem and after you stop them if it recurs then reuse it again since it is a chronic disease. In most people this disease improves with time.
