There is no "best procedure " for liposuction. There are different types of liposuction: SAL or suction assisted liposuction, UAL or ultrasonic assisted liposuction and laser liposuction. Each doctor has his or her own preferences depending upon what he or she believes works best. All I can say, is that there is a lot of hype and false marketing. Potential patients should know where they are having their surgery done. Liposuction is a serious surgical procedure and should only be performed by a qualified physician in a safe and well equipped center. Beware of overinflated claims: plastic surgeons do excellent work but miracles are left for the saints!
