- Milk in the morning(upon awakening) almost 350 mL
- at 10:30-11:00, food containing startch and dairy product (exemple toast or bagette with cheese)
- at 12:30-13:00, lunch: vegetables+ meat or chicken or fish+ carbohydrates (pasta or rice or mashed potatoes)
- at 16:00: fruits or yogurts with fruit pieces or home made desert.....
- at 19:00: milk 330-350 mL
when the baby is 2yo and half or 3 yo you can give a dinner instead of the milk at 19:00
NB: you can give one cup of fresh juice per day
