There is no danger what so ever. Bananas have been found to have a large number of benefits, like giving fast energy boost (because they contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber), help with depression (they contain contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, the substance in the brain that elevates mood), anemia (they contain iron), lower blood pressure and fight constipation (they're very rich in Potassium which helps regulate blood pressure and improve bowel motion).
