Well i know it could start at early age (as polyps) and i've seen the symptoms. I know it could also be irritable bowel syndrome but just to be safe

No need for that, rest assured. If you have bowel symptoms, you will need to consult a gastroenterologist to investigate your symptoms and arrive at a definitive diagnosis once and for all - and I assure it is not cancer. Anytime we google a bunch of symptoms, cancer comes back as one of the possible diagnoses, but remember this is just a search engine, not an expert. First and foremost, a patient needs to seek medical attention, then, once a diagnosis is made, he/she can read more about the topic to become more educated about it and collaborate with the doctor in making sure the optimal outcomes are achieved.
