The routine one that you can take these days is the Flu shot. You can get it from the pharmacy (the soonest, since this is the period of the year when we take it). This helps against the Influenza Virus, which is ONLY one of those many viruses around. Besides that, I recommend healthy lifestyle; stay away from smoking, manage well your stress, sleep well, eat well and wash hands well whenever you are around sick people.
