I'm a 25 year old male, I have a history of hypertension and nosebleeds, and I often get 10 minute sessions of Tachycardia, is this something to be worried about?

Dr. Karim Farah Pulmonology
you need to do an electrocardiogram specially when you have the bouts of tachycardia. if unable to, you will need to put a "holter monitor" which monitor your electrocardiogram over 24 hours while at home and it will record any abnormalities. meanwhile try to cut down on all caffeine containing products, alcohol and stress.
