Do you sleep during the day. Drink too much coffee or energy drinks.. Better avoid them if you do. Don't sleep during the day and try to wake up at same time in morning regardless of what time you sleep. Exercise in morning and not evening. Go to bed only when you feel very sleepy and avoid staying in med if don't fall asleep shortly.
