Hemoroid surgery 1week ago.Putting a gauze between the buttocks &changing it every 2hrs:it gets dirty with yellow/brown liquid or mucus.Same mucus appear when i do sitz-bath,in the bottom of the basin
It is not unusual to have blood and secretions from the wound so early after hemorrhoid surgery. This may stay for up to one month or so until the wounds heal but of course the amount will start decreasing markedly after 2 weeks.
