I have a severe stomach pain from food poisoning probably caused by ice since I had fever. So I started taking flagyl and spasphon to kill the pain but it's not working. What should I do?

Causes of gastroenteritis are usually viral. You don't need to take antibiotics unless there are severe symptoms (high grade fever for 2-3 days, blood in the stool, mucus in the stool, PMNs in stool analysis, elderly patients).
The most important thing is to keep yourself well hydrated, (water, juices, soup,...)
no need for antibiotics (flagyl). Just keep on spasfon for the cramps and it will subside in 2-3 days. If you feel you are unable to eat or drink or you are feeling dizzy then go to the emergency room to get IV hydration.
