Had a laser surgery for my nasal septum last year, since then a different side of my nostrils is closed as if i did nothing, before the surgery it was my left nostril, now it varies, any explanations?

I doubt you did laser for the nasal septum!! It is not the proper thing to do plus it is not done routinely!
What we usually do is correct the deviation of the nasal septum (which is the separation barrier between the two nostrils/sides of the nose) by surgery.
I think you should get an operative report from your doctor or the hospital in order to proceed further, and anything can be solved.
