Every morning my stomach hurts. I poop and sometimes my poop is watery. When I exit the toilet, the pain comes back and I feel like I have diarrhea. And I can't eat anything because I get nauseous.

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Frequent bowel movements can be due to an infection (chronic infection, most likely parasitic "worms"), diarrhea-dominant irritable bowel syndrome (malfunction in the branch of the nervous system controlling the gut, causing constipation alternating with diarrhea, usually worse with stressful conditions), thyroid gland problem (over functional thyroid, with symptoms of heat intolerance, unintentional weight loss, nervousness and tremors), or malabsorption (fat or protein malabsorption, here stools are foul smelling and are oily in case of fat malabsorption). A less likely cause is short bowel syndrome (in case you've had a surgery that reduced the length of the intestines) and more serious illness, which is inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) which is an auto-immune disease (where your immune system goes haywire and attacks your own organs, mainly the intestines) that affects the intestines, joints, skin, and eyes.
In order to identify the exact cause of your symptoms, you need to be examined by a physician and run some basic tests, like stool analysis (to look for evidence of inflammation) and stools for ova and parasites (to rule out a parasitic infection), stool culture (to look for bacteria); more extensive studies will be done if necessary as determined by the preliminary findings on the initial assessment.
