Does caffeine (coffee, black or green tea, etc.) increase or decrease cellulite in the body?
Jul 1, 2013

Dr. Michel Moutran Plastic Surgery
Cellulite refers to the orange peel aspect of the skin. Topical caffein used in creams applied to the skin has shown some interesting results in studies comparing it to placebo. Reduction in the extent of cellulite, slimming and improvement in skin tone have been reported. These results faded with time when the treatment was stopped.
Cellulite is an important concern for some women. Remember that having a balanced diet, exercising and good hydration through drinking water have shown excellent results on cellulite reduction.

No confirmation and good durable results. The old rules of diet, exercise and drinking water stay as good rules.
