When I move my hand, my wrist hurts (the top side). When i try moving it with my other hand it still hurts. What could be wrong?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
It's most likely tendinitis, or inflammation of the tendons of the wrist (tendons are the structures that connect the muscles to the bones). It could be due to trauma (fall, sports injury) or due to the type of work you do (repetitive wrist movements, or movement that puts too much pressure on the wrist joint). Have your hands examined by a physician to avoid complications. Treatment is usually with oral anti inflammatories.
