Multiple veins can be visualized normally on the penis, especially during erection. Those veins can vary in size (from small to large).
On the scrotum, small veins and telangiectasias can be seen. This is a benign condition.
Sometimes, large high grade varicocele can be seen deep on the lateral aspect on the scrotum.
