I'm pregnant in my 6th month. My dr. said that the heart valve's been affected by rheumatism for a long time. Is it dangerous to deliver?

More specific information is needed to answer your question. Do you have mitral stenosis? Do you have aortic regurgitation? What is the severity? In general severe mitral stenosis is NOT well tolerated in pregnancy and percutaneous intervention to fix the valve is recommended . Severe aortic regurgitation is usually better tolerated. Anything less is usually not a problem when managed by experienced personnel.
