Hello doctor, lately I ve been day dreaming in class , is there anything else BESIDE sleeping more than 7 hours that I can do? whats the best food or vitamin that can boost my concentration?

If you are having trouble concentrating, it is important to know why that's the case. Lack of concentration can be due to lack of sleep but also, depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), anemia, hypothyroidism...
Before taking a treatment, it is best to be appropriately diagnosed. What you can do in the mean time is regular exercise and healthy balanced meals.

Vitamins, particularly (vit B group) can only improve concentration if the person has deficiency in these vitamins.
Sudden awakening from sleep with jerky movements could be a sleep terror which is characterized by sudden awakening out of deep sleep accompanied by loud screaming and the person will sit up rapidly and there is associated autonomic arousal. Episodes usually last for 10-15 minutes. If awakened the person appears confused, but soon falls asleep.
